Order Processing 🚚: Our goal is swift order fulfillment. Typically, orders are dispatched on the same day they are placed. However, please note that hand painted threads may entail a dispatch delay of up to 5 days.
We offer two shipping options:
- Indian Post: Budget-friendly, reaches most locations (7-12 business days).
- Express : Faster delivery to most pin codes (3-7 business days).
Shipping Costs:
- Calculated at checkout: The cost depends on your order value and chosen shipping method.
- India Post starts at ₹55: This is a budget-friendly option for most locations.
Returns: We would gladly accept exchanges in case of damaged or defective products but no returns. Contact us within 2 working days of receiving the product for exchange. You need to ship to the product back to us within 5 working days of receiving it.
We generally don’t accept returns for change of mind, but if you still wish to return, you must cover both shipping costs. The product must be unused, and you must ship it back within 2 working days. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the amount minus the shipping fees from your original order.
Cancellations: You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refund: We would provide refunds in 15 working days to the source of payment for cancelled orders.
(Note – We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, but once shipped, we rely on the courier company for delivery. Shipping delays (around 10% of orders) can occur due to courier-related issues. Please contact us if your order is delayed, and we will do our best to escalate the matter and ensure prompt delivery. If the courier confirms the package is lost or returned, we will issue a refund. Otherwise, please allow up to 20 working days (excluding public holidays) for delivery. As a small business, on-time dispatch and delivery are our top priorities, but delays may happen due to various factors. We appreciate your understanding and patience.)
