🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

📦 Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To raise a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

1. Clear photos of the issue
2. A complete unboxing video (mandatory)

👉 The unboxing video must be continuous (no cuts).
👉 Claims without video or after 48 hours will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you still wish to request an exchange, you may contact us. Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

If approved:

1 The product must be unused and in original condition
2 After inspection, a replacement order will be processed
3 Shipping charges for the replacement will also be borne by the customer

❌ Returns for Change of Mind

We generally do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection.

Any such requests (if approved) will follow:

1 Customer bears both return and reshipping charges
2 Product must be unused and in original packaging

📍 Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues (RTO Cases)

If an order is returned due to:

- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer not reachable
- Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

* Customer must bear reshipping charges + Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges

If you choose not to reship:

- Refund will be processed after deducting:

  - Forward shipping cost, and
  - RTO charges

👉 For free shipping orders, actual shipping cost paid by us will be deducted

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

If already accepted:

- Share photos + unboxing video within 48 hours
- We will review and assist with replacement or resolution

💳 Refunds

* Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
* Processing time: 4–7 working days after approval

📌 Important

* All claims must include a proper unboxing video
* Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
* Products must be unused and in original condition for any approved return
