📦 Shipping Policy

🚚 Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, however dispatch may be delayed in case of unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Delivery Time

All orders are shipped from Gujarat. Delivery typically takes 2 to 15 days, depending on your location and proximity to Gujarat. Delivery timelines may vary based on serviceability and courier availability.

💰 Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1099. For orders below this value, shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

📦 Tracking

Tracking details and estimated delivery date are shared after dispatch via WhatsApp or email. We primarily use shipping partners via Shiprocket (including Amazon Logistics, Blue Dart, and Delhivery). In some locations, we may use Shree Maruti Courier Service or India Post, and tracking will be shared accordingly.

⏱️ Delays

While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery is handled by courier partners. Around 5–7% of orders may experience delays due to operational or regional issues. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15–20 working days.

Please note that delays are a part of logistics operations and are beyond our direct control. We always try our best to ensure timely delivery and will assist in coordinating with courier partners in case of delays.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded solely due to delays in transit, unless the shipment is officially marked as lost or returned by the courier partner.

📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. If already received, share clear photos and a complete unboxing video so we can assist you with claims and support for damaged or lost items.

📍 Non-Serviceable Areas

Orders to remote or non-serviceable locations are shipped via India Post. Delivery in such cases may take longer than usual.

Once shipped, delivery is managed by third-party courier partners. We are always available to assist you in case of delays or delivery-related issues.
